Welcome to the 2015 Property Management Awards! We are excited to launch the 2015 event, especially as we are thrilled to announce a new venue for this year…we are going to WEMBLEY STADIUM! The home of winners! And so a suitable venue to celebrate the professional excellence of the UK Property Management industry.
This year has been an exceedingly busy time for the industry, with the residue from the recession now washed away and the rise in private leaseholders, property management is in high demand and the quality expected has never been higher. We are looking forward to celebrating the exceptional quality of work in the industry and recognising these high levels of performance with you on the 3rd December at Wembley Stadium.
We have a few changes in store this year specifically with the introduction new categories: Employer of the Year; a great opportunity to be recognised as a company who support and appreciate the hard work and loyalty carried out by their staff within the challenging world of property management. Also for 2015 we are introducing an International Award category to allow our International counterparts participate: International Property Management Company of the Year.
The International award will be announced online on 3rd December and the winner will be determined by the judges. Please see the Judging Criteria here. Those shortlisted in this category only are not obligated to purchase a ticket to the event.
We also have re-named Best Services Provider to Best Industry Supplier as feedback has encouraged a re-vamp, the criteria remains the same. Lastly, take a look at the judging process, more information can be found on the judging process tab.
